Sickness & Absence
Parents must inform the staff if their child is absent, this can be done by leaving a message or sending a text to the playgroup mobile. Failure to do this will result in a member of staff contacting yourself, or nominated contact, to find out why your child is not present. When your child is absent through sickness or parental choice (i.e. holidays) sessions must still be paid for, expect in exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of the committee.
Please see the noticeboard to see the minimum length of time your child should stay off for with contagious and infectious illnesses. Playgroup staff can also advise you of this.
